Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nh.technology, the marketing website for NH Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. About this site
nh.technology is informational. It describes who we are, what our two service brands — Finish Line Media and Low Code Road — do, and how to get in touch. It does not, by itself, constitute an offer of services. Engagements are governed by the individual contracts (Master Service Agreement and/or Sales Order) entered into separately with the relevant sub-brand.
2. Sub-brand engagements
Work performed under the Finish Line Media brand is governed by Finish Line Media's terms and any applicable Sales Order. Work performed under the Low Code Road brand is governed by Low Code Road's terms and any applicable Sales Order. Nothing on nh.technology overrides those agreements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying infrastructure; (b) use the site to transmit spam, malware, or anything unlawful; (c) scrape or copy the site for commercial purposes without permission; or (d) misrepresent your identity in any communication initiated through the site.
4. Intellectual property
All content on nh.technology — including text, design, logos, code, and graphics — is owned by NH Technology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to the site freely. You may not republish, modify, or commercialize the content without written permission.
5. Third-party links
The site links to external resources (sub-brand websites, scheduling tools, social profiles). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NH Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any direct claim related to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Privacy
See our Privacy Notice for how we handle the information you submit through the site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve the dispute by arbitration.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
