NH Technology ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This notice describes what information we collect when you visit nh.technology, what we do with it, and the choices you have. NH Technology is the parent brand for Finish Line Media and Low Code Road; this notice applies to nh.technology only — each sub-brand maintains its own privacy notice for its respective site.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us directly. If you book a discovery call, send us an email, or fill out a form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message. We do not buy, scrape, or otherwise acquire personal information from third parties.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising networks, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics that profile you across sites. We honor "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Cookies and analytics

nh.technology uses minimal first-party cookies only when strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

How we use what you give us

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, send follow-ups, and — if we end up working together — manage the engagement. That's it.

Third parties

We use a small set of well-known service providers to operate the business: Cal.com for scheduling, Google Workspace for email, and a static-site host for nh.technology. Each of those processors handles data according to its own policies; we share only what's necessary to deliver the service you've asked for.

Data retention

We keep correspondence and contact records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support records, contracts, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have, correct it, or have us delete it. Just email us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe — typically the same business day.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep what you give us safe. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we don't store anything sensitive that we don't need.

Changes to this notice

We'll update the "Last updated" date above when this notice changes. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
